The landlord has severe allergies to pets. He cannot come into the property if there have been animals in the house. Tenants cannot have guests bring animals into the house. The house has an automatic sprinkling system. Tenants are responsible for mowing and weeding during seasons where the plants are growing. They are responsible for snow removal during winter months.
