I absolutely love my Tahoe Home, and retreat up here quite often. I will be spending more time traveling this year and would like to open my home for 6mo min to -1year + /long term stays. **Open to weekly or monthly stay's as well, so please ask Location: I am one block from the lake and Tahoe Vista beach! There is a boat parking lot across the street as well. Pet hospital and boarding facility is around the corner. You are a 1-minute drive to the Safeway and Starbucks in kings beach and also have a pep's place neighborhood cafe, Old Range steak House, Jiffy's pizza, and Garwoods right around the corner. Easy access to Tahoe Vista beach (1 block walk) or moonlight (about 15 - 20 minute walk) and Kings Beach (2 min drive, but go early in the summer to get parking as it gets packed). Ski Resorts: Northstar is a 10 min drive around hwy 267 Palisades (squaw) and Alpine are about 30 min with no traffic, but leave early or it will be much longer! Pets are welcome upon approval and I will ask for a pet deposit. There is a brand new deck and steps that were finished Summer 2021, so pets will have easy access to a fenced yard. Parking: One car in the garage, and one in the driveway Bedrooms: Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, 2 nightstands, two bedside lamps, walk-in closets. There is also a thermostat for each level (Nest System). Television is located in the downstairs bedroom, and larger TV in the upstairs main living room. Long Term Rent: $3195 per month Short term: $200 - $250 per night depending on weekday/weekends Snow Removal: I pay for removal yearly from Nov - April. Internet: Tenant Covered $90 per mo Water: Tenant Covered Electric: Tenant Covered Gas: Tenant Covered Garbage/Sewer: Tenant Cleaning fee: Due at move out: $200 pets additional $50. Available Starting July 15, 2025 Long Term fee's to consider depending on the length of stay: Snow Removal: I pay for removal yearly from Nov - April.
