Tenant agrees not to flush wipes, paper towels, or other non-flushable items and to properly maintain drains and plumbing. Tenant is responsible for costs due to misuse. Tenant is responsible for general pest control after move-in, and any infestations caused by Tenant will be Tenant's responsibility. Any property left after move-out may be disposed of in accordance with Arizona law. Subleasing or short-term rentals (including Airbnb) are not allowed without Landlord's written consent.
