The mobile and site are both well-kept with many professionally done upgrades including: new roof in 2016 with extra roof coating in 2017, new sub-floor in kitchen and bath, full earthquake proofing under the mobile with California State documentation. Wired for Spectrum TV, high-speed internet, and telephone. Huge excellent swamp cooler and two electric air conditioners (one in the living room and one in the bedroom). Natural gas is used for stove, oven, hot water, furnace, and clothes dryer - very reasonable! You set up your account with SoCalGas. The other utilities are billed by the park each month on monthly statement. As with all mobile parks, you will need to be approved by property manager before sale can complete. Buyer needs to confirm space rent during park approval process. Really nice people in the park!
