INCOME LIMITS Maximum annual income level for 1 person household is: $26,700 Maximum annual income level for 2 person household is: $30,480 Maximum annual income level for 3 person household is: $34,320 Maximum annual income level for 4 person household is: $38,100 We also require all households to make a minimum income level of 2 x the monthly rent regardless of household size. And don't let me forget that we do allow small dogs and cats!
