Fully-furnished, with utilities and WIFI included, east Asheville cottage, uniquely tucked into a private forest as well as a quiet neighborhood that's great for walking, just 10 minutes from downtown Asheville, 1 minute from the Blue Ridge Parkway, and 2 minutes (walking) from the Mountain to Sea Trail. PLEASE DO NOT PULL DOWN THE PRIVATE DRIVE WITHOUT AN INVITATION. AND PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT CONSIDER YOU FOR A SHOWING UNTIL WE FIRST REVIEW YOUR ZILLOW APPLICATION. The home has been a furnished monthly rental for 6+ years, and for 14 tenants so far. The home isn't otherwise an Airbnb type rental, meaning we're not just doing this temporarily until tourism picks back up. We require a 90-day minimum stay, allow you to stay as long as you like thereafter, and just require that you give us 30 days notice before moving out. And a typical lease applies. The home includes all normal appliances, WIFI (AT&T U-verse), all utilities, a secured storage shed, 2 parking spots, a finished upstairs (accessible by pull-down ladder; some have used the space as an office), and a small fenced area out back for a dog (photos are forthcoming). The furnishings, many of which are rather new, include a king-sized bed, couch, recliner, washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, linens, towels, a starting supply of toiletries, kitchen supplies, TV for streaming, central HVAC, smart locks, a deck, etc. A lease is required, as is a credit and background check (completed through Zillow). Smoking is strictly not allowed, inside or out. A dog may be considered. Sorry, we never allow cats. The property is managed directly by me the owner rather than a call center. We've had great relationships will all of our tenants, and maintain friendships with many of them. Our home is located about 500 feet down the driveway from the rental home, so we're around if you need something but otherwise are very respectful of your privacy. And you'll find our neighbors to be fantastic, many of which walk their dogs in the neighborhood throughout the day. Three-month minimum, or six-month if you prefer, then month-to-month for as long as you like. All utilities & WIFI are included (i.e., no charge to you). Home is fully furnished. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
