Note that there are currently no availability for 3 bd/ 3 bth at Optima Sonoran. We are breaking our lease and looking for someone to pick it up on April 1st. Optima has been very reasonable renewing leases with small increases in rent. Our current lease ends May 31st. We were the first ones to live in this apartment and it is brand new. Sonoran Village has 6/12/18 month leases and they have been very reasonable as to increases in rent for renewals. Our current lease ends May 31st. Our unit is the Montecito.
