This is a large and luxurious home that sleeps as many as 7 people comfortably, although for long term rentals we prefer a family of 4 or less. This home is 19 miles northeast from Livingston, MT and is ideal for a retired coupe or professionals who work remotely. All utilities plus an excellent wifi/Internet connection are included. This will begin as a 6-month lease and can be extended long term. Lease would begin 11/15/2026 and continue until 4/15/2026. In March 2027 we can discuss if a 12-month lease will be good for everyone. There will be some short-term rentals a few hundred yards from the house between May 1st and October 31st, but those guests will not come to the house and are not seen on the other side of fencing and a building. Plus there is an apartment for rent under the house. They use separate paring and entrances.
