Purchased As-Is (as a Rare Olde Shambles). There was only one working toilet and one working sink in the house when purchased. We have completely overhauled the house, which now has 5 fully modern bathrooms in period marble. There is a half bath in the basement workroom (man cave). We installed a new roof and a 5.5 KW solar array system together with a Level-II car charger in the driveway. We moved the kitchen from the north side of the house to the south side - all with stainless appliances and granite counters. We put in an Au Pair suite in the third floor with a huge, walk-in shower - all in marble. We put in a bedroom on the ground floor with a handicap-accessible full bath complete with grab-bars and a wheel-chair accessible shower. Next up: Geothermal and a bone-dry basement.
