Pets are allowed with proper county registration and rental deposits. We also keep all utilities (electric, water, garbage and internet) in the landlord's name and back charge on those monthly. PLEASE NOTE: There will be an additional $100 per month in rent for each permanent occupant over six people (if occupant is over the age of 16). Pets are allowed with a $500 nonrefundable pet deposit. Proof of county registration for each pet required.
