Renter is responsible for all utilities. Water will be billed to landlord (required by Village of Beulah) and must be paid in full by tenant by due date. If Village assesses a late fee, tenant is responsible for all late fees incurred. Duration of lease is at least 1 year starting July 1st, 2025. Base rent is 2,000/mo for year 1. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A $25 late fee will be due for any payment made after the due date. Only listed tenants and their immediate children are to occupy the residence. No sub-lease is allowed without written permission from the landlord. Smoking is not allowed inside the house or garage.
