Landscaping upkeep is tenant's responsibility. Private driveway with off-street parking for one car. Home has been owner occupied, and we're looking for tenants who will take care of the home and treat it like their own. No smoking. We've both been working from home during the pandemic, and the home works well for 1-2 home offices. Home is set up with CenturyLink with 100 mbps internet. We're a short walk away from the Mt. Scott Park and the Portland Mercado. Walk to Arleta K-8 school in under 5 minutes. We're near the 10, 14, and 17 bus lines and I-205. 15 minute drive from downtown, and 15-20 minute drive to the airport. The unit has stairs to enter and is not accessible to people with physical disabilities. Applications will begin to be accepted April 5 at 9am PST. No additional screening fee will be charged, and Portland's low-barrier screening criteria will be used. Applicants are encouraged to provide supplemental evidence to explain, justify or negate the relevance of potentially negative information revealed through screening. Owner pays for garbage/recycling. Tenant responsible, for water/sewer, electric, gas, and other utilities. $500 pet deposit per pet, 3 pet limit. No smoking.
