It is a 7 bedroom, 4.5 bath, with a big living room, a fully finished basement, and sizable front and back yards. The back yard is fully fenced in. The photos I'm posting here are from the real estate listing several years back. Since then, we've added a range hood above the stove, replaced the fridge, dishwasher, and water heater, added in a full house water filter, and we've fixed up several rooms with paint and floor stabilization/replacement. The house also does have a laundry room with washer and dryer. It's near Annandale and Alexandria, close to 395 and 495. It's a 30 minutes or less drive from Washington, DC via highway. The house is less than 20 minutes from national airport (DCA), about 30 minutes from Dulles (IAD), and a ~10-15 minute drive from two Metro stops. It is near several good schools, grocery stores, and shopping centers. You could have a big family here, with space for a few home offices. It's great for rehearsals, meetings, and parties. There is no HOA, and street parking is free. The driveway is also pretty long and can fit at least 3 cars back to back in it. 1 year lease. No smoking allowed. Renter is responsible for all utility administration and costs.
