It is a custom built in brick, fully landscaped with exterior lighting and sound systems. Sparkling pebble tech pool with new pool equipments and Spa. There is also a built in BBQ and fire pit. Home also feature a basic gym/fitness area that tenant can also utilized. There is amble street parking, so tenant is encouraged to use street parking to avoid blocking other tenants. Tenant are welcome to use all amenity in the house, but please clean up after yourself after you're done using it. That means: 1. Keep your stuffs in your room and do not leave them in the public space or cabinet storages. 2. Light cooking is allow, but if you decided to use the kitchen, please coordinate with other tenants, and make sure you clean up yourself every time. If we receive complain with photos from other tenants, then a warning will be given; 3 warnings will give us the right to terminate your tenancy early. 3. Treat other tenants with respect. I truly hope you all can be friends together and foster an enjoyable community with one another, and I will try to ensure all future tenants share the same value as well. One last thing to keep in mind, the room comes with all utilities included, so you are just responsible for the rent. But please use those resources mindfully to save the environments (e.g. don't do crypto mining in your room lol). And please refrain from open the window excessively as the home temperature is automatically set to 66 in winter and 77 in Summer to maximize all tenants comforts. Owner is very busy working professional, so contact using text message is strongly preferred. All inquiries should start with: "I finished reading the share room listing" so the owner can quickly spot the valid candidates. No smoking or pet allowed. There is amble street parking, so tenant is encouraged to use street parking to avoid blocking other tenants.
