A single small dog will be allowed but must be friendly with other dogs, but will require a one time non refundable 300 dollar pet deposit. The property is located in a private gated community, so the unit is safe and quiet. The community also has private river access. It is located just 10 minutes outside of downtown Stanwood, with close proximity to the freeway and Silvana as well. Looking to get 2500/ month with all utilities included but willing to trade handy man skills for a discount. Looking for a 1 year lease, as mentioned all utilities are covered in the cost of rental. I recommend renters insurance but do not require it. A release of liability will need to be signed if you chose not to have renters insurance.
