Our rental rates do include parking, exterminating, sewer, gas, trash, high speed internet, and basic cable. Every apartment home comes with granite countertops, 42 inch cabinets and tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, high ceilings, crown molding, ceiling fans, gas fireplaces, and full-sized washer/dryer. Select homes also have hardwood floors in the kitchen and great room. Other wonderful features of our community are a 24-hour fitness center and business center for our residents. Our 1 bedroom homes and 1 bedroom + den homes are $1035 - $1335 Our 2 bedroom homes are $1315 - $1450 Our 3 bedroom and Loft (2 story) homes are $1650- $1950 Pricing depends on availability, the floor plan/square footage, and upgrades such as hardwood floors. We can give you more specific pricing depending on the time of your planned move. The application fee is $100 and our security deposit is $500. We do accept pets with a few breed restrictions and a maximum of 2 pets. Pets will carry a higher security deposit of 500.00 and a one-time pet fee of 200.00 We also offer preferred employer discounts for teachers, military, BCBS, Verizon Wireless, Palmetto Health Hospital, and Village employees; which are 5% off the monthly rent. We offer 12 month leases at no additional cost, 6 - 11 month leases for an additional $50 per month.
