Looking for one person (no couples) to rent a single 12x10 room with an addition 2x7 in room closet. The room contains adjustable lights, energy saving insulated windows and wired LAN network. All utilities are included (please be considerate of usage), plus premium cable internet, and washer/dryer. The room will share a bathroom upstairs one other female house mate and their is also another restroom downstairs. There is a good amount of street parking during the day. Location: The associated area includes a pool, spa, tennis courts and bbq area. Just a few minutes away from Tustin Marketplace and conveniently located near the freeway. Misc: No house pets outside of small ones you keep in your room (fish, hamsters, etc). We currently have 2 guinea pigs that live on a section up the stairs. No smoking inside, if you must then take it outside please. No huge parties, this is a quiet family style community and not a college dormitory. Of course you may have guests over with the occasional over-nighter, but please keep it fairly infrequent. Cleanliness is also a must. As long as you wash your dishes after you use them and clean up after yourself you should be fine. Everyone pulls there weight here and we all try to keep everything clean and organized. We like to watch shows/movies, do geeky things like playing boardgames, or go out to eat and do various activities. 6 Month lease minimum.
