Mobile home was in disrepair and was sold at tax auction and is no longer part of the real property. It's owned by another party and will need to be removed from the lot. It should not be factored into the Zestimate value. The lot is the smallest lot in the neighborhood at 3740sf. My neighbor to the west has a well maintained mobile home, outbuildings and a lot almost 3 times larger than mine. You have his Zestimate at $24k! The neighbor on the east has a stick house, outbuildings and a lot 4+ times larger and Zestimate at $48k. The neighbor across the street is Zestimate @$9k, and his lot is almost twice the size of mine. You have my property Zestimate at $36k which is ridiculous! Even if the 1965 (you have 1968!) MH was still mine, it needs major work due to roof and water damage. It could not be rented for $1300/mo. The Real property taxes for 2020 were $41. with the Assessed value $3364. The Zestimate $36k+ makes no sense. The unimproved lot might appraise at $5100-$5500. I'm not going to sell it but these Zestimate numbers must be adjusted to reflect the realistic values.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
