A beautiful cook's kitchen with custom wood cabinets, new refrigerator and dishwasher, gas stove, and convection oven. Maintained landscaped yard with an outdoor patio. This is what our last tenant said about the house and their experience: "When my Wife and I decided to move from San Diego to Seattle we wanted to live in a home similar to our House in San Diego. Coming from our Beach Community in Bird Rock, La Jolla we felt that living in Alki Beach would be ideal. After previewing over 10 properties mostly apartments and condos we found Tim's Home on the corner of 65th and Admiral Way in Alki Beach. Just a 2 minute walk from the house to the beach, the location and house was perfect. In the Mornings, rain or shine we enjoyed walking to Starbucks for coffee and during the evenings taking long walks down the Alki board walk. There are several restaurants along the way that are we well worth visiting for dinner or lunch. What really made the transition perfect were all the neighbors living on Admiral Way along with the many locals we've met who welcomed us kindly. We've lived in the house for 11 months and probably would stay longer except that we purchased a new home in Normandy Park. The esthetic and the homes layout along with the appliances suited us to a tee and feel most fortunate to have found such a remarkable Alki Beach home and one that anyone would feel comfortable living in."
