    This home was a rebuild. Our first home in 1995 was destroyed by a tornado in 1998. This house sits on close to 3 acres that sits inside of a 33 acre plot that will not be subdivided in my lifetime at least. There are two huge sheds on the property with electricity run to both of them. There is an in law suite in the basement with full kitchen , full bath ,living room dining area and private bedroom with a boat garage for storage. It also has a private entrance and fenced in area around the pool. Also an electric fence for pets as well. Also the basement was built with all wall being poured concrete for safety in the event of another storm. The house overlooks a a salt water pool and 2 acre stocked pond and sit on eubanks creek which also allows for fishing. I picked out all aspects of the home when rebuilding it in 1998. main level has real hardwood flooring which will last a lifetime and can be refinished many times to suit a new owner. Pickled oak cabinets in main kitchen mahogany kitchen in basement. Could use some upgrades with granite countertops that was the one wish I didn’t get since I was over budget in building this mansion.
