It has 2 small well-organized closets, dresser, nightstand, and large bookcase. 2nd BR has single daybed w trundle, nightstand, and small dresser. Small 3rd BR includes wall-mounted cabinet and two floating shelves and could be used as an office (desk not provided) or child's room. All BRs include remote controlled ceiling fans. Besides the ensuite BA for MBR, there's a full BA w tub on 2nd floor (tub does not drain well but is v functional). Half bath on 1st floor, quarter bath in basement Location. 2 blocks from large Safeway/Starbucks and CVS pharmacy, 2 blocks from indoor Takoma Aquatic Center and tennis courts, 2-3 blocks from 2 distinct bus lines that go downtown, and 7-8 blocks from the Takoma Metro station. 15 min walk to downtown Takoma Park w Sunday farmers mkt, and 15 min walk to new WalMart on Georgia Ave. House has small yard w working micro-vineyard.
