    Two bedrooms plus an office, two bathrooms, 1,836 square foot home in a convenient area of Sequim. Close to the Olympic Discovery Trail, shopping, and medical facilities. Carpet in each bedroom and laminate flooring everywhere else. Open floorplan kitchen, dining area, and living room with stainless appliances, a propane range, nice cabinets, a pantry, and island. Propane fireplace in the living room. Laundry room with dryer provided. Lots of storage in the laundry room and shelving in the 2 car garage. Covered patio in the back yard. Very easy care yard with artificial grass. Tenant is responsible for keeping the 'grass' clean, and weeds out of the planter area in the front yard and in all gravel areas around the house. The house is heated and cooled with a heat pump. Tenants are responsible for all utilities including electricity, water, sewer, garbage, and propane. Sorry, no pets. First and last month's rent $2,000 refundable security deposit and $300 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for responsible, long term tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month. Please note, we do not accept co-signers nor comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports. We screen all adult applicants, at applicant's cost, $50 per adult.
