Modern appliances, recently renovated, responsive property management, full fenced in yard, outdoor shed and plenty of free street parking. ABOUT THE ROOMS: The room is $1,100. It has plenty of windows and fits a queen bed and dresser, has a closet. This room has access to the hall bathroom to use as their personal bathroom with a tub. There is another bedroom on this level, and a washer and dryer. I live on the basement level and only need to come to the top floor for the laundry. ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The neighborhood is family friendly, quiet and near Safeway, CVS, and Takoma rec center. You also have great coffee shops like lost socks and Takoma Bev Co. Close to Takoma metro and buses all around. ABOUT YOU: I am looking for a female or non-binary person who is interested in shared housing, and is communicative, considerate and respectful. I'm looking for someone who can contribute to shared housework to keep the home in decent shape. I'm also looking for someone who wants to stay for at least a year.
