Lovely, partly furnished 3 bedroom house in Takoma DC. Easy walk to Takoma metro and to downtown Takoma Park restaurants and farmers market and nearby supermarket. Most furniture as in the photos, a kitchen with basic items. The couch will NOT be included with the furnishings. All furnishings are as is. The main bedroom is full of light, and has a queen bed with a very comfortable Casper mattress. It has a wardrobe, two chests of drawers, and a small closet. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. It has a chest of drawers and a closet with only shelves. Bathroom has a bathtub and good water pressure in the shower. The kitchen has a gas stove, great dishwasher, microwave, and basic necessary items. There is a small washer / dryer in the closet next to the bathroom. There is a screened front porch with a table and four chairs. Back porch has a gas grill. The basement is a separate apartment, and the tenant helps manage the property. Tenant is responsible for paying 2/3 of utilities. The basement tenant pays the other 1/3. There are solar panels on the roof which help reduce the electric bill. I pay for the yard to be maintained on a regular basis. Snow shoveling (as needed) is tenant responsibility. No smoking inside the house. No cats or dogs.
