SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the Property, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and e-cigarettes. Tenant shall be responsible for any damage caused by smoking within the Property.
USE OF PROPERTY: Tenant shall use the Property only as a private dwelling for residential purposes, and shall not use the Property for any illegal or commercial purposes.
PETS: No pets are allowed on the Property without the prior written consent of the Landlord. If consent is given, Tenant shall be responsible for any damage caused by the pet. A $250 nonrefundable deposit is due at signing per pet.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS: Tenant shall maintain the Property in a clean and sanitary condition and shall promptly notify the Landlord of any necessary repairs or maintenance required. Tenant shall be responsible for any damage caused by Tenant or Tenant's guests.
INSURANCE: Tenant is required to obtain renter's insurance to protect Tenant's personal property against loss or damage.
