This is a luxury apartment. rent does include water and sewer and trash pick up. Complex has covered parking for all residence. Internet is provided by the complex. Please no phone calls on the whole complex as I am just trying to rent out my own apartment. I don't know if there are other units for rent. I DO NOT work for the complex.
