This house just got a new roof and is now ready for new tenants. Tenant is responsible for Electric, Water, Trash Pickup and any pest control needed. Must have good credit to apply. We are not approved for section 8. Rent is $950 a month. First, Last, and Security are needed in the form of cashier's check or money orders at signing, so $2850 to get keys. Pets are allowed with an additional, non-refundable $200 pet deposit, so $3050 is due at signing if you're bringing pets. A two to three year lease is preferred. We also use mysmartmove.com for screening which costs $35 per adult, and are looking for good credit close to or in the 600 range, must pass background check, and have no evictions within the last 5 years.
