Greenbrier is a quiet community made up largely of graduate students or assistants at the University of Memphis. A few others live here who are singles in the work world. This is not a good place for children because there is no play area. All units at Greenbrier are one bedroom and housing laws in Memphis allow no more than two persons in a one bedroom apartment. There is only room for one vehicle per rental unit and the parking lot is securely monitored. Greenbrier is in easy walkiing distance of the University of Memphis and several good restaurants as well. Owner pays for water. Tenant pays the electric bill for their apartment. That bill varies with the time of the the year.
