The leases go month to month after the initial 3 month lease. These particular studio style rooms do not have a kitchen. The Gearhead Inn does provide a fridge and microwave. Pets are typically not allowed but are considered on a case by case basis. If approved, a pet addendum and pet fee will also be required.
