Kitchen has vintage style but with modern appliances including a newer model stackable washer/dryer. This home is cooled by two room air conditioners and heated with a floor furnace. All windows have mini-blinds and screens. Note that the bedroom is only 8' by 10' and has a small closet. A queen-sized bed would take up most of the available floor space and the bedroom is too small to accommodate a king-sized bed. The capacity of the stackable laundry center is considerably smaller than comparable full-sized appliances. The detached garage is too small for most cars but good for storage. Though this rental is a small house and not an apartment, you would be living in close contact with the occupants of neighboring homes. Martin Properties prescreens applicants for credit before offering tours or inviting them to apply. We offer tours only to applicants who have credit scores of 670 or above and consistent monthly income of about three times the rent.
