The apartment complex is actually 6215 W. 41st Ave. It was sold to Cal Bacon a developer in the year of 1954. The farm house was sold by my Grand parents and relocated in Brighton Colorado. I was born in the farm house in 1949. In 1955 developers started building houses around 6215 W. 41st Ave. It is now Jay street and West 41st Ave where the house that you have listed is located. Mountain View Elementary was built in the same time frame as the farm house in 1940. It is heart breaking to see what has happened to five generations of my family that have lived and worked the land where the Apartment complex is now located.
