The unit has a very well equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs when you don't feel like going out, or enjoy the famous 'Village'with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping only minutes away by one of the many free shuttles or a very quick drive being only a little over a mile and a half away. Secure wifi is provided in the condo. The unit has a king sized bed in the master with its own bathroom and a huge walk in closet. The second bedroom is nicely furnished with a queen sized bed and its own bathroom access as well. The main living area has a large tv and plenty of seating for you and all your guests. It also has a large dining table which converts to a bumper table to provide hours of entertainment for all. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. $600 deposit due at time of reservation for weekly rentals, $1500 for monthly rentals. $125 cleaning fee.
