We have a 3 bedroom ranch available for rent. We are located in the Parma circle area. The house has one full bath. There is a living room and dining room set up in an "L" shape form. The kitchen has a small, eat in area. The basement is half finished. The other half has a utility area and a separate storage room. The windows, furnace and air are 15 years old. There is a one car unattached garage. The house is about 1000 square feet. The bedrooms are about 11 x 10, and 10 x 10. Some appliances are included. The tenant will pay all utilities including water and sewer. The tenant will be responsible for mowing the lawn and general upkeep. It is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood. The house has newer carpet and kitchen flooring. A security deposit of $950 will be required as well. We will also do a background check on interested parties. Pets will be decided on a case by case basis. The rent will be $25/more a month to cover pets or you can pay upfront as an extra deposit. This money will not be returned.
