    Estate sale. Sold as is. Septic tank will need to be replaced. A permit will need to be pulled in order to replace tank. There is an active leak between the well and the main house that will need to be replaced under the driveway. This is a fixer upper and priced to reflect that fact. It was built in the 1930's and is surrounded by picturesque pasture lands. Lots of potential but not for the faint hearted. It is an easy commute to the University (UNCC) to the north, Wingate University to the east, and Mint Hill being only about 12 minutes away, and an easy commute to Monroe, as well. This is an estate sale, and the family is not prepared to make concessions for repairs. The home is very aggressively priced because of the deficiencies and need for updates. This would qualify for a conventional mortgage or an FHA 203K loan structure. No HOA and no CCR's so one could put work trucks on the property.
