The Fox Den is an inviting and friendly space. There is off street parking for one vehicle adjacent to a private fenced in yard with a patio and seating area, complete with your own chiminea. Head downstairs to your private entry and walk into a bright and spacious living area. You will see plenty of room to gather for meals, movies or games. Dining table can seat 6, and there is room for 3 more at the bar. Besides fun decor, comfortable furniture, lots of throw blankets and pillows, there is a bright red wood burning fireplace for snowy days, you can cozy up and watch movies on the 48 inch TV. The dedicated office space is a full room with a closing door, a knoll desk and comfortable office chair. A monitor, extra keyboard and printer are provided, as well as state of the art fiber optic high speed internet. There are also a few comfortable reading chairs. The King bedroom features a Puffy Deluxe brand mattress, Egyptian cotton sheets and linen duvet, as well as a cozy reading nook and full closet. The Queen bedroom features a Hybrid brand mattress, Egyptian cotton sheets, a work area with a desk and chair, as well as a cozy reading chair with an ottoman and full closet. The bunk room features a set of twin bunk beds with comfortable bedding, reading lamps, plenty of pillows and and a desk and chair, and full closet. The large bathroom has double marble topped sinks and a spacious shower with toiletries and plenty of plush towels provided. The kitchen is small but mighty! It has all the amenities needed to make meals for a party of 6, though it is hard to cook with so many wonderful restaurants and food trucks close by! Make your morning coffee by press or Keurig to carry up to the patio. There is a full sized fridge, a microwave, 2 burners, a blender, and countertop stove and dishwasher as shown in photos. All Clad pans, storage dishes, mixing bowls, utensils, etc. everything is ready for you. We even provide a wicker picnic basket for you to fill and take to City Park or on adventures farther afield! Recently professionally remodeled and decorated, the Fox Den is a basement apartment with 5 light filled egress windows and its own private entrance. With City Park just a couple of blocks away, you can hop on the Old Town Trolley that runs between the park and Old Town all day long! The property is rented on a month to month basis. All utilities and twice a month professional cleaning are included in the monthly rent. We do not allow cats. We allow small to medium dogs, they must be cleaned up after on a daily basis. This is a 100% nonsmoking property.
