    A wonderful home with lovely garden and even some views of Lake Chatuge in the winter! Very close to the lake and walkable to downtown in thesafe and lovely old neighborhood Tater Ridge. This house is on a flat lot facing due south with a privacy fence on two sides set back from the road almost in the neighbors backyards so that it is private and quiet but right in town. The master bedroom is very large with it's own private bathroom. The ceilings in the master bedroom and living room are vaulted tall so there is quite a feeling of spacious openess. The kitchen needs to be redone and at present it needs a new carpet or vinyl. The two bedrooms have a private entrance and bathroom of their own which could easily be turned into another apartment for possible rental income. There is a small laundry room with a washer/dryer and washtub, pantry and back door with pet entrance. All of the front windows are 3 years old and built for solar radient heat in the winter - very effective! Also a top of the line Jotul vented gas heater - also very effective and beautiful. There is a 29 X 9 foot porch out front built 2011 and freshly stained with a lovely pergola for shade. The yard has a 200 foot raised bed vegetable garden and several edible trees including blueberry, cherry, apple, pawpaw, serviceberry, fig and more. An efficient septic and city water. Also a small garden shed in parking area. I have lived in this home very happily since I bought it in 2002. Thank you.
