Our Beautiful Northwoods Home is were we raised our four children and really enjoy the Northwoods life . Located in Hazelhurst " The Quiet Side of the Northwoods" It is close to Minocqua but out in the county we have beautiful forest views with large trees, a beautiful flower garden and fenced in back yard with large garden area. The Home is large with three levels. The third level has a nice loft area that I use as office space and also includes two bedrooms, a full bath and laundry. The main level includes and open concept kitchen, dining room and living room with a beautiful fieldstone fireplace. This level also includes a large pantry, half bath, sitting room, master bedroom, master bath, large walk through closet and laundry room. The exposed basement level is finished with two additional bedrooms, large living & recreational area, bar area, half bath and large storage room. The house also includes lots of room for toys and storage it has two garages, the two stall attached garage has in floor heat, the detached two car garage is fully insulated, also includes a 18' X26' metal shed that i keep my boat in. We have a beautiful deck area off the side of our house that includes a hot tub and overlooks the campfire pit and beautiful large pines. The front deck is the perfect place to lounge as you work on the garden or play bean bags. The long driveway is also fully paved. The houses furnace is only about a year old and also includes an air exchanger the basement and garage both use in floor heat the upper levels are served by forced air. The house is heated with propane and the fire place but natural gas is now available to be hooked up. We cooled the house with just a couple of window air condition units but if you wanted whole house air conditioning all you would need to do is get the compressor because the duct work is already in place. Overall a great home waiting for new owners to enjoy the Northwoods Life and make great memories
