Nice backyard with BBQ area, 2 car garage. Washer/dryer in unit. Not furnished, looking for a short term rental, I will need the house in August 2022. Willing to do a much shorter term. Tres Pueblos community. Tenant responsible for all utilities. Will need the house back in August 2022, so I will entertain all short term options.
