    Hi, let me introduce myself and my house :-). I'm a responsible James Island native and a professional musician in my 40's. I'm renting out my house that's located right off of Woodland Shores Rd. on James Island not far from the Pour House and Riverland Terrace. It boasts beautiful original hardwood floors, newer appliances, gas range, on demand gas hot water heater, washer and dryer, brand new energy efficient HVAC system, large living room, large open dining room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (with entrances from the hall and one of the bedrooms), large front yard, and a large fenced in back yard. All of the lawn maintenance is done by myself so you don't have to do any yard work (unless you want to)! There's a small studio apartment that is totally walled off from the rest of the house that is used sparingly by me... it has its own entrance from the far side of the house and is completely separate. I also have an office in the rear of the property that is fenced off from the rest of the yard. So I will be on property often and I am always VERY prompt at fixing any issues or problems at the house. This is the perfect house for music lovers since we are so close to the Pour House. Utilities are a flat fee of $300 a month and that covers wireless internet, water and electric. This is such a cool updated house located in the heart of James Island. Feel free to message with any questions. Pets are a 'maybe' depending on age and breed etc... pet deposit would be required. The house is available move in now.
