If a total replacement is deemed necessary the tenant may be responsible for monies toward the new system IF THE FILTER HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED IN LAST 30 DAYS.
Utilities
Utility Payments: Payment for utilities that are the tenant's responsibility, such as electricity, water, gas, and internet.
Utility Setup: Set up utility accounts in their name and ensure continuous service.
Adherence to Lease Terms
Occupancy: Only allow the specified number of occupants to live in the rental unit. All occupants must be approved and listed on the lease agreement.
