Originally build in 1811, this was the home of Samuel Parsons; a statesman and abolitionist. An addition, was add in the late-nighteenth century that incorporates two additional condos presently. All brick, three stroies and a basement, orginal hardwood flores, off-street parking and new renovation of all ammenities and structure in 2004. This house is listed on the National Registry of Historic Properties.
