The location is around 400 steps to the #1 beach. You can enjoy 2 heated pools, shuffle board courts, and grill/picnic areas. The resort also has a tennis court. There are two laundry rooms available. A free trolly that runs from Turtle Beach to Siesta Village! owner pays electric, This is a wonderful area. It is a comfortable resort condo. I am renting it by the month until December. It is perfect for 1 or 2 people. This property is not to be sub-let.
