    The house is 2900+ sq.ft and has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It has a lot of open areas conducive to hosting and big family gatherings. There is a two car attached garage with workshop, and a detached garage with a beautiful finished off 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in it. We have wonderful renters in there right now that pay $1200/ month plus electric (we take care of the water, and trash pick up is free). We have 1.25 acres of land here on a private setting. There is a chicken coop and run that will stay, with 4 beautiful Rhode Island red hens that are not quite a year old yet (so still in their prime).We have an in ground garden area that is currently growing a cover crop of kale, turnips, and mustard greens. We heat solely with wood in the winter time, not because we have to, but because we can and it's way cheaper. The Fisher woodstove in the finished off basement heats the whole house. There is also central heating/AC. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood at the base of Paris Mountain, conveniently located about equal distance from downtown Greenville or Travelers Rest (it's about 12 minutes to either location).
