    Built in 1997 this home is a diamond in the rough. New home in older neighborhood on very quiet street. Location is a plus very close to train station, and multiple expressways. Going down town Chicago just hop on the Stevens (rt.55) and rt. 80 just about 5 miles south. 355 is coming to 159th street which is going to be very close (but not close enough to hear the cars). I will start with the back yard which is fairly large. It has an above ground pool which is heated meaning you can use the pool from April until October. Cedar swing set will stay if wanted and yard has shed for additional storage. Pool has Deck 1/2 way around it and has a locked gate on it so you can keep out the small one. There are a total of three bedrooms upstairs which all have been wired for phone and cable tv. House also will come with a satelite dish and is wired in two rooms in the house one being the third bedroom and the other being the family room down stairs. Neighborhood Description Neighbors are very friendly and have been here for quit some time. This house as I stated before is in an extremly quiet subdivision.
