The bathroom has a washer and dryer and the bedroom has a full size bed. There is a refrigerator, microwave and air fryer, no stove. The bedroom has a large closet, the hallway has a closet with shelves and the living room has built in shelves. The furniture is very good quality and super clean. There is parking only for one vehicle and the place is only suitable for one. No pets are allowed since it's part of our home. The pond beach is a short walk, the ocean is 15 minutes away. Mashpee Commons is a mile and 1/2 away. This lease is on a month to month basis. First, last and security are due on signing. All utilities are included. No pets are allowed. Absolutely no smoking.
