has extra backup sumpump the house never flooded. if you have green fingers there is a place you can plant vegetables or else. in community there is a 203 district elementary school, Walgreen, swimming pool.... and bus commuter to Lisle train station toward to Chicago. Butera/H-mart, Chase bank, chinese restaurants near by, Jewel/Dominic and other restaurants a bit further down. correct: basement partial finished(empty house not furnished) the house is rented and signed the lease on 11/20/2016 the renting fee including yard expenses, ie renter doesn't need taking care yards. if you are green fingers then the renting fee can be lower down to $1700 plus $470/yearly community fee which including swimming pool... facility. if just one or 2 people or w/o pets living in the house price can be lower, the house is available can be earlier as you wish. short term or rent to buy or buy are welcome...
