Hi, I am looking for a renter to take over the Master Bedroom in my house. The room is ready to move in starting August , 21 2017. All utilities included, wifi, gas, water, and electric. The house is a short 5-10 min walk to the Huntington Metro. There is a shopping just a few blocks away which include 7-Eleven, Tippy's Taco, New Taste China, Post Office, and a pet store and Bob and Edith's Dinner which just opened up and is opened 24hrs. The bathroom is shared with another renter. I'd like a renter who is clean, responsible, pays rent on time, and is respectful of my belongings esp in the kitchen since I allow my renters to use the silverware, plates and glasses. Also, I have a big dog that lives with us so MUST LIKE DOSG, No Drugs or Smokers please! Must be clean I am flexible on lease terms! A little about me: I enjoy travelling, golf, running, watching the Caps Hockey games, skiing, wine and beer tasting. I'm in and out of the house a lot between running errands, working out, or meeting up with friends and family. There is a requirement of one month's rent for security deposit due at signing of lease and Renter's Insurance. . The room is not furnished but the rest of the house is.
