It has a 6 kilowatt solar panel system, which helps significantly with utilities, and the backyard fence opens directly onto the community open space. We are walking distance to the Walnut Creek Hike and Bike Trail, and a short drive to much of what Austin has to offer. Tenant pays for utilities. The unit does have solar power which helps significantly with utility costs. Owner will pay for fountain cleaning and groundskeeping. We do ask for a rental history, income, and credit check. We can have a washer and dryer available, but that would be an additional cost. There are hookups in the house if you have your own washer and dryer.
