    What's special

Enjoy tiny house living in this beautiful, one-of-a-kind tiny house called Pacifica. Pacifica was built in Olympia, Washington by nationally known tiny house builder, Abel Zyl, of Zyl Vardos. Originally custom built for Caravan- The Tiny House Hotel, the world's first tiny house hotel in the Alberta Arts District in Portland, Pacifica has been revamped for weekly and monthly stays at my sweet property in the Cully neighborhood in NE PDX. My name is Deb and I am the owner of Caravan and am so excited to share this gem with people looking for weekly and monthly stays. Pacifica is truly a work of art! Filled with light that streams through the custom-made stained glass; beautiful handmade art from around the world; Talavera sink and dishes brought back from Mexico for Pacifica; a Talavera tile counter made by the owner; a spacious loft with a memory-foam mattress, luxurious sheets, fuzzy blanket, and a gorgeous specially-designed quilt; a cobalt-blue velvet couch; and a closet, bureau, and shelves that will provide plenty of space for your belongings. Pacifica is 160sq ft and has hot running water, electric heat, a kitchen, flush toilet, and a hot shower. Pacifica is stocked with many amenities for a comfortable and cozy stay, including linens, cookware, an Italian coffee maker, a microwave, double stove-top burner, and a small refrigerator. I'm happy to support our creative and talented Portland community by purchasing locally sourced, sustainable, Fair Trade and eco-friendly products wherever possible. The yard for Pacifica has been completely renovated with cozy places to sit, a custom-made wine barrel table, a gorgeous antique Indonesian gate, Adirondack chair, covered bike storage, and more. It is totally private with a whimsical fence, and has a separate entrance and free parking spot. I'm thrilled to make this special space available to folks looking for short-term stays! Utilities included and free high speed wi-fi. No cigarette smoking inside the tiny house or on the premises.

This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
