Any open bankruptcy cases are grounds for denial of tenancy Any money owed to previous landlords is ground for denial of tenancy We do not accept "comprehensive reusable screenning reports" Rental History: Applicants with prior rental history: Good references from previous landlords (applicats must be able to demostrate a pattern of meetinh their rental obligations, leaving prior rental properties in good condition and not having a pattern of complaints from neighbors) Please note that you must provide contact information for the previous landlord and the previous landlor must take or return our screeing calls within 72 hours of application submission or we will move onto the next application.
